If you already have Google Workspace (or a domain managed under Cloud Identity) with another provider, we may need a transfer token so your subscription can move to us as your reseller. This is not your domain registrar’s “EPP” code—it is a separate token generated in the Google Admin console.

Before you start

• You must sign in as a super administrator for your Google Workspace / Cloud Identity account.
• We will give you our reseller public identifier (account ID) to enter when Google asks for it—use the value we provide in checkout or email only. Do not use IDs from random web pages.
• Transfer tokens are time-limited (often about 14 days from creation). If yours expires, generate a new one.
• Only paste the token into our order form when you are placing an order with us; treat it like a sensitive credential.

Generate the token (Google)

1. Open Google’s transfer token page: admin.google.com/TransferToken.
2. Review and accept Google’s terms if prompted.
3. When asked, enter our reseller public identifier exactly as we provided.
4. Generate the token and copy the full alphanumeric code.
5. Paste that code into the Transfer token field on our order form.

If you use Google through a parent organization, school, or mandated reseller, your admin policies might restrict transfers. In that case, contact your IT team first.
